RonanI can’t say enough good things about my experience with Sound Water & Services LLC, and especially Quinn. I initially called and left a message, and within a few hours I received a call back and had an appointment scheduled within a few days. When Quinn arrived, he was professional, friendly, and took the time to listen to what I was dealing with. This property is an Airbnb, and I explained that I had a very tight turnaround and needed to get ongoing issues with hard water, iron, and sulfur smell addressed as quickly as possible. Originally, it was going to be about a week before they could get back out to install the new system. After hearing my situation, Quinn went out of his way to move some things around and came back THE NEXT DAY to get it taken care of. That alone was impressive, but the quality of his work is what really stood out. My well shed was honestly a mess before he started. The plumbing looked like it had been pieced together over the years with no real rhyme or reason. There were valves everywhere that I had no idea what they controlled, and even the electrical outlet was sitting down near the floor where it could potentially get wet. Quinn completely transformed it. He reorganized and repiped everything meticulously. What impressed me most was that he clearly cared just as much about doing the job cleanly and correctly as he did about simply making the system work. Everything is organized, accessible, and labeled, so I now know exactly what everything is and what each valve controls. During the installation, Quinn called me several times to ask questions about things I hadn’t even thought about. Each time, he explained why he was asking and why making that decision now would be beneficial. They were the kind of small details that usually become an afterthought—when the job is already finished and it’s too late or much more difficult to change them. When the job was complete, Quinn opened the well house to walk me through everything he had done and explain how the new system worked. Honestly, as soon as he opened the door, I didn’t need much convincing. The quality of the workmanship was immediately obvious. Everything was clean, organized, and extremely well thought out. You can tell when someone takes serious pride in their work, and Quinn absolutely does. I’ve used two other well companies in the past, and after this experience, there is no question who I’ll be calling from now on. The responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship were all outstanding.
